Founded in 2016, MWa Consulting Group, LLC was born out of a vision to empower high-achieving women who are stuck in their personal or professional lives. MWa helps them discover their inner genius, embrace their identity, and align with purpose.
Dr. Mayrion Washington, our founder and CEO, worked in the legal corporate field for over 20 years before stepping out in faith to lead this purpose-driven mission full-time. Today, MWa is a growing global brand with clients and team members around the world.
To date, Mayrion has team members globally and is experiencing exponential growth with the upcoming marketing of the Innovative Diffusion Leadership Program where Leaders will be introduced to the Inner Genius three-in-one business model where leaders will learn the decrease, out, and increase strategy that elevates your mindset, influence, and embrace their genius where positive energy can flow enthusiastically while elevating others. The MWa Group will also be introducing brand new software that will help entrepreneurs, corporations, nonprofits, and small business owners to effectively run their business without the hustle and bustle of scattered systems.
